Which foam pit cube is right for your park?
The site range includes PU Skin Cubes, Waterbased Cubes and Standard Cubes. Each option gives an operator a different replacement and planning choice. PU Skin Cubes have a stated service life of four years on the site. Waterbased Cubes and Standard Cubes have an estimated service life of one year and are typically replaced annually. Use those figures as planning assumptions when comparing the options for your venue.
The recommended starting mix on the site is 40% PU Skin Cubes and 60% Waterbased Cubes. How many foam pit cubes do I need?
Calculate the inside volume in cubic metres by multiplying length by width by fill depth. Then multiply the result by 140 to estimate the number of cubes. For example, a pit measuring 8 m × 4 m × 1.2 m has a volume of 38.4 m³; at 140 cubes per m³, that comes to 5,376 cubes. The number of complete pallets is estimated using the listed packing quantity of 288 cubes per pallet.
Check that the measurements describe the space to be filled, not the outside of a wall or frame. The homepage planner also recommends a minimum pit depth of 1 metre. Colours for pit foam cubes
PU Skin cubes are available in the basic and neon colour ranges shown on the site. Standard and Waterbased cubes are available in grey only. Choose a colour for each PU Skin line, and use the product notes to describe any colour combination you want. If your pit uses a mix of cube types or colours, add separate lines to the order draft and leave a note explaining how you want the fill divided. This keeps the request readable for your team and for the proSporta quotation process.

The listed planning quantity is 288 cubes per pallet. Divide the cube count by 288 and round up to estimate the minimum number of pallets needed. For example, 5,376 cubes correspond to 18.67 pallet quantities, so the estimate rounds to 19. This is a planning calculation; final packing and freight are confirmed in the quotation using your delivery address.
