Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ProSporta Sweden AB (“ProSporta”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when authorized users use ProSporta Social Studio.

What we process and why
- Sign-in information: an account identifier and, where provided, name and email address, to authenticate users and provide access.
- Draft information: post text, hashtags, selected social channels, planned dates, content themes and optional music notes, to save and manage drafts.
- Uploaded images: image files and related storage information, to provide the image library and previews.
- Service operation: information needed to keep the service secure and working, such as request and error data handled by the hosting platform.
We use this information to provide the service requested by authorized users, operate and secure it, and respond to support requests. We do not use Social Studio to connect to social accounts at present.
Social network information and sharing
At present, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat accounts are not connected to Social Studio. We do not currently receive their profile data, access tokens or publish posts to them. Draft channel selections are saved as part of the draft. If account connections are added later, we will update this policy and request the required authorization before processing account data.
We do not sell personal data. Service providers supporting sign-in, hosting, database and file storage may process data on our behalf to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Storage and retention
Drafts and uploaded images are stored in the service’s database and file storage. We keep them while the workspace is in use or until they are deleted. Users can delete eligible drafts in the app. To request deletion of uploaded images or account-related data, email us; we will handle the request subject to legal requirements and routine backup retention.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or its data processing changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
