Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to ProSporta Social Studio, a content-planning workspace operated by ProSporta Sweden AB (“ProSporta”, “we”, “us”). The service is intended for team members and other people authorized by ProSporta.
Using the service
You may use Social Studio to prepare, edit, preview and save social media drafts and images for ProSporta. Keep your sign-in information secure and use the service only as authorized. You are responsible for checking that content is accurate, lawful, and suitable for the selected channel before it is used.
Content and rights
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for text, photographs, logos, music and other material you add. Music information saved in a draft is a planning note; it does not grant a music licence or add music to a post. Follow the applicable social platform’s rules and obtain permissions before publishing.
Drafts and publishing
Social Studio currently stores drafts and uploaded images. Social accounts are not connected and the service does not currently publish content. You must review and approve content before using it. We may update the service and its features; any future connection or publishing functionality will require the relevant account authorization.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that previews will exactly match how third-party platforms display content. To the extent permitted by law, ProSporta is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate content, rights violations, third-party platform changes or service interruptions.
